Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has had a solid 50% knocked off the price of its Blu-ray version in the lead up to Black Friday.

Benedict Cumberbatch's second solo outing as the Sorcerer Supreme has an RRP of £14.99, but Amazon have got it on offer for £7.49 at the moment.

Other Marvel films on sale on Amazon this Black Friday include Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray for £10, and the Captain America trilogy on Blu-ray for £13.49.

If you've not seen the second Doctor Strange yet, it follows Strange as he meets a girl with the ability to open up portals to alternate dimensions, and goes on to encounter different versions of recognisable heroes, including himself. But when he goes to Wanda/Scarlet Witch for help, he discovers that the events of Wandavision have changed her...

In Digital Spy's review of the film, we said: "For all the frustrations with the thin storyline, the sequel leans hard into the horror with an early eyeball-gouging setting the tone, followed by numerous impalings, charred corpses and effective jump scares. It probably pushes the family-friendly vibe as far as the MCU ever will, and at least feels different to what's come before."
