The Flash star Neil Sandilands has landed a role in Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
The actor, who played Thinker in CW's The Flash, will be starring in the ensemble cast alongside several recently announced actors, according to Deadline.
He has also recently starred in Netflix's adaptation of Sweet Tooth, where he played General Steven Abbot.
Directed by Maze Runner's Wes Ball, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes will be set several years after 2017's War for the Planet of the Apes, though bosses are keeping further plot details close to their chests.

Also announced to star alongside Sandilands are Unbroken's Travis Jeffery, One Of Us Is Lying's Sara Wiseman, The Clearing's Ras-Samuel Welda’abzgi and Cowboy Bebop's Lydia Peckham.

This will be the tenth movie in the Planet of the Apes franchise and the fourth in 20th Century's reboot saga.

The reboot kicked off with 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes, which was later followed by 2014's Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and 2017's War for the Planet of the Apes.
Steve Asbell, president of 20th Century Studios, previously said in a statement: "With Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes we are privileged to continue the series' tradition of imaginative, thought-provoking cinema, and can't wait to share Wes' extraordinary vision for this new chapter with audiences in 2024."
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes will be released in May 2024. The Flash airs on The CW in the US. Sky Showcase and NOW air the show in the UK.
