DC's Black Adam is finally here, with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson playing the anti-hero after years of lobbying for the role.
He's joined by a cast that includes former James Bond Pierce Brosnan, Straight Outta Compton's Aldis Hodge, Euphoria's Quintessa Swindell, and the Aladdin remake's Marwan Kenzari.
Speaking to Digital Spy on the red carpet for the Black Adam UK premiere in London, Kenzari talked about the differences between his first superhero project and the Disney film that really launched him to worldwide fame.

"It's a whole different story obviously and a different creative team," he said. "I enjoyed them equally. It's a lot of fun on these movies, lots of people involved, lot of visual effects. It's a whole new world added to what you do on set on day.
"If I had to pick one thing out, the visual effects team is so big, they do a great job."

He added: "There were many, many, many [pinch me] moments. It's a special feeling and I'm very grateful I'm part of it."
Reviews and early reactions have been pretty mixed overall, and Digital Spy's own review gave it three out of five stars, saying: "There are hints of (rushing to build a shared universe) in Black Adam, but the engaging performances from the Justice Society cast overcome the thin characterisation.

"Likewise, Dwayne Johnson grows into the Black Adam role as he starts off monotone and flat, before letting his charisma and deadpan comic timing come through.
"Black Adam might not totally change the hierarchy of power in the DC universe, but it could prove to be an entertaining platform to build on – assuming that past mistakes aren't repeated."
Black Adam is released in cinemas on October 21.
