The Hellraiser reboot has dropped its first official teaser, and we now know three things: 1) Hellraiser's release date, 2) What the new Pinhead looks like and 3) That we're spooked.
Yes, 10 months after the Hellraiser re-imagining confirmed that Sense8's Jamie Clayton would be taking on iconic villain Pinhead, we've now been given our first glimpse at how she looks in the role.
And, unsurprisingly, it's quite scary.

The new teaser, which you can watch above, gives little to nothing away about the upcoming movie, apart from a brief peek at Clayton in the role, but it does confirm a release date of Friday, October 7.

Hellraiser will be debuting exclusively on Hulu for subscribers in the US, and although an official UK release date has yet to be announced, there is a chance that it'll arrive on the same day on Disney+.
Offering a fresh take on the 1987 original, this Hellraiser will follow a young woman struggling with addiction.
All hell then (literally) breaks loose when she comes into the possession of an ancient puzzle box, unaware that its purpose is to summon the Cenobites, a group of sadistic supernatural beings from another dimension.
Hellraiser was itself based on Clive Barker's novella The Hellbound Heart. Barker, who has served as a producer on the new title, recently promised that director David Bruckner's take will "pay homage to what the first film created" – and then some.
"Having seen some of the designs from David Bruckner's new Hellraiser film, they pay homage to what the first film created, but then take it to places it's never been before," Barker said last year.
"This is a Hellraiser on a scale that I simply didn't expect."
He added: "David and his team are steeped in the story's mythology, but what excites me is their desire to honour the original even as they revolutionise it for a new generation."
Hellraiser will debut on Hulu on October 7 in the US. UK release details are yet to be confirmed.
