Jennifer Lawrence's new R-rated comedy has been given a summer release date.
Sony Pictures have confirmed they will be releasing Gene Stupnitsky's movie, No Hard Feelings, on June 16, 2023.
Described as an 'R-rated comedy with heart', the Oscar winner produces the project, with filmmaker Stupnitsky co-writing with John Philips.

Best known as a writer and producer on The Office and 2011's Bad Teacher, Stupnitsky got his feature director's debut on the 2019 Jacob Tremblay R-rated coming-of-age comedy Good Boys.
The movie made $83.1 million at the US box office and $111 million worldwide – not a bad return on a $20 million budget.
No Hard Feelings has been mentioned in the same vein as the mentioned Bad Teacher and Something About Mary – both starring Cameron Diaz – and Tom Cruise's '80s classic Risky Business.

However, the new movie will face competition with the Disney-Pixar original animation movie Elemental.
As for Lawrence, the Hunger Games star has had her card slowly built up since starring in Adam McKay's Don't Look Up last year following her break from acting.

She will be working with Apple and re-teaming with McKay on Bad Blood, based on the journalist John Carreyrou's Pulitzer Prize-winning book, where Lawrence will play the disgraced tech mogul Elizabeth Holmes.
The star will also be appearing opposite The Crown's Josh O'Connor in Mob Girl, about a mother living in New York's Lower East Side who becomes a mafia informant for the FBI.
No Hard Feelings will be released on June 16, 2023.
