Marvel co-stars Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek Pinault are again joining forces for an upcoming movie.
According to Hollywood Reporter, the new film is titled Without Blood and will see Jolie in the director's chair, with Hayek and Demián Bichir being announced as the first stars.
Adapted from author Alessandro Baricco's book of the same name, the film will tell the story of a young girl on her quest for revenge during a conflict set in the deep Italian countryside.

The film has also been produced and written by Jolie, with filming having kicked off in the Southern regions of Italy this month.
Speaking about the project, Jolie said: "I'm honoured to be here in Italy to bring this very special material to film and to have been entrusted by Alessandro Baricco with the adaptation of his book — with its unique poetry and emotion and way of looking at war, and the questions it poses about what we search for after trauma or loss or injustice."

The film will be Jolie's sixth as director and part of a three-year deal between her and distributor Fremantle Media.

"Without Blood is the first production under our partnership with Angelina, and we are excited to work with her and the incredible international team she has assembled." Fremantle CEO Jennifer Mullin said.
Frida and House of Gucci star Hayek is currently filming for Magic Mike's Last Dance, replacing Thandiwe Newton, who left the project due to family matters.
Demián Bichir was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in A Better Life, and he is currently set to begin work on Let the Right One In.
