Sonic the Hedgehog will be zooming onto home video very soon!

The Sonic sequel was another big hit this year, making it not much of a surprise that Paramount Pictures is going to release it in as many different physical media packages as possible to get your cash.

We're here to provide you information – and then you can decide whether to buy every single version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on home video, or be selective and save at least some cash for a chili dog or two.

Expected to arrive in July 2022, the standard DVD (£9.99) and Blu-ray (£14.99) editions each have £10 knocked off their pre-order price, whereas the Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray (£24.99) has had its price slashed by £15.

The 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Steelbook, featuring special artwork, has £25 knocked off the price during the pre-order period – making it available for £34.99 right now. Extras include featurettes on classic characters Knuckles and Tails.

There are also a few different combo packs with both Sonic films up for pre-order – a standard DVD version (£14.99), a standard Blu-ray (£21.99) and an Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray (£42.99). All of these have had price slashes for the pre-order period as well.
