WandaVision and Fresh Off the Boat star joins new comedy movie

Randall Park is the latest addition to the voice cast of the upcoming live-action/CGI hybrid movie, Strays.

The WandaVision and Fresh off the Boat actor joins Will Ferrell, Jamie Foxx and Will Forte in the comedy, from Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar's director Josh Greenbaum, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Strays follows an abandoned dog (Ferrell) who joins forces with other canines – one of whom is voiced by Foxx – to exact revenge on his previous, pooch-averse human owner (Forte). Park's character is yet to be confirmed.

The project was announced last year as part of 21 Jump Street directing duo Phil Lord and Christopher Miller's deal with Universal Pictures. The deal promised to bring original and licensed comedies and dramas to the studio, such as The Premonition: A Pandemic Story, based on a book that was released around the same time as the announcement.

Lord and Miller are among Stray's producers, with Dan Perrault – whose previous credits include Netflix's true-crime mockumentary, American Vandal – serving as scriptwriter.
