Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Alvina August has been cast in an upcoming feel-good romantic comedy that will see a big ER reunion.
August – known for playing the role of Lady Blackwood on Sabrina – will star alongside two ER alumni, Gloria Reuben and Eriq La Salle, in a new Hallmark movie. Reuben played Jeanie Boulet on ER, while La Salle starred as Peter Benton.
According to Deadline, Reuben and La Salle will share the screen for the first time since they starred on the popular medical drama.
In A Second Chance at Love, August stars as protagonist Alicia, whose marriage to Arnold (Jarod Joseph) is apparently perfect.
While something off lurks beneath this idyllic surface, Alicia prefers to focus on her divorced parents, played by Reuben and La Salle.

On their part, Reuben and La Salle are thrilled to reunite on this movie.
"I'm excited to work with Hallmark again and reunite with Gloria," said La Salle.
"It's wonderful to join the Hallmark family and to reunite with Eriq after so many years, especially in a completely different genre of storytelling!" said Reuben.
"We are so excited to reunite Eriq and Gloria in this all-new movie. With 20 years passed since they last appeared on the screen together, this heartwarming romcom will showcase their undeniable chemistry – a treat for viewers ready to see this television reunion.

The romantic comedy is set to premiere on Saturday, March 26 at 8pm on Hallmark Channel in the US.
