Venom: Let There Be Carnage screened for the very first time in front of a crowd of fans this week – and now they can't stop raving about its post-credits sequence.
Directed by Andy Serkis, this sequel to 2018's Venom features the return of Eddie Brock (played by Tom Hardy) who must continue to live alongside his extraterrestrial symbiote.
Woody Harrelson's murderous Cletus Kasady and Naomie Harris's Shriek look set to be his newest enemies, while Stephen Graham also enters the story as Detective Mulligan.

Reacting on Twitter once the movie had finished, one person wrote: "The biggest strength of #VenomLetThereBeCarnage is its [frantic] pacing and [exhilarating] action. Matching the kinetic energy Tom Hardy has with himself.
"Woody Harrelson is relishing as Kletus/Carnage and is perfect for the role. OH MY GOD STAY FOR THE CREDITS."

Sharing the atmosphere inside the screening, another fan shared: "Nah. In my whole life I have never seen a whole movie theatre react as loud as they did to the Venom 2 end credits scene. Sony delivered."

"#Venom Let There Be Carnage is a frenzied mix of buddy movie, romance (VenomEddie), and horror," summarised a third individual.
"It wastes no time in getting down to business and not relent. Hardy is on fire and Harrelson IS Carnage. DO NOT MISS THE CREDITS!"
And don't expect any of those present to give away the post-credits scene's secrets, as another added: "Just saw 'Venom Let There Be Carnage' Tom Hardy came on stage before the film to remind us to keep our lips sealed about the post credits scene.
"BUT THAT POST CREDITS SCENE (My lips are sealed) What a fun evening!"
Forgive us for jumping the gun here, but could it be that Spider-Man crossover we've all been praying for? We'll just have to wait and see next month.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage opens in cinemas on October 1 in the US and October 15 in the UK.
