This Is Us star Sterling K Brown has revealed whether he'd ever return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Responding to an article about how keen fans are to see him back in the franchise on Twitter, the actor – who played N'Jobu, T'Challa's uncle in Black Panther – said that he "would be honoured" to reprise the role if the studio could figure out a way to bring him back.

In the 2018 outing, N'Jobu was seen being accused by his older brother and T'Challa's father T'Chaka of betraying the people of Wakanda, helping arms dealer Ulysses Klaue to smuggle vibranium out of the futuristic city and sell it on the black market in Oakland, California.
When T'Chaka's suspicions were confirmed, he killed N'Jobu because he could flee.
In death, he left behind his son N'Jadaka aka Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) who, from then on, vowed to seize control of Wakanda, and use its technological advancements and wealth to liberate people of African descent around the world.

While there has been no talk of Brown's N'Jobu making a comeback in Black Panther's long awaited sequel, there's nothing to say that he couldn't pop up in a flashback or even as a vision in Wakanda's sacred spiritual plane.
In the original film, T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) converses with his father there so it's entirely possible that other characters could do the same with N'Jobu in a follow-up.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has a release date of July 8, 2022. The first movie is streaming now on Disney+.
