Mulan is now out on Blu-ray – and a price cut makes it more affordable than the original premium streaming price.
Amazon UK is kicking off its New Year deals for 2021 by knocking 20% off the price of the live-action remake's Blu-ray collection, meaning you can click here to pick it up for just £19.99 for a limited time.
The Blu-ray features an ultra-clear 4k copy of the movie, as well as multiple featurettes on remaking the animated classic, a retrospective on the original and the history behind the story of Mulan's journey.

There are also deleted scenes included in this Blu-ray collection. One scene that was never actually shot was a new version of the song 'I'll Make a Man Out of You', which Disney ultimately rejected.

Mulan debuted on Disney+ in September 2020 for an extra charge for subscribers, following multiple cinema release delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The release strategy generated significant controversy, but star Chen Tang told Insider that he ultimately had "a mixture of feelings" on the film going directly to streaming.
"Believe it or not, I wasn't super bummed that it had kept getting pushed back. I wasn't super bummed that it was going on Disney+," he said.

He continued: "It was surprising and I was a little bit disappointed simply because we shot it big. It's a big, huge, different experience to see it on a big screen."
