It's time to roll the dice and unleash the excitement, as the official Jumanji board game is now on sale.

Amazon is currently offering the board game for just £13.28, saving you over 30% from its regular price of £19.99.

In the game, you'll encounter lions, rhinos, crocodiles and move as you move through the jungle with the roll of the dice.

Your fellow players will have to race against time to rescue you, as threats in the jungle begin to fill up the Doomsday grid.

If the grid fills up, the jungle will overpower you and your fellow players and everyone loses. But if you reach the centre before the Doomsday grid fills up and yell "Jumanji!" you're the winner.

Of course, be careful, because you never know if the board will suck you in!

In 2017, the direct sequel Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, starring Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black, was released, with the follow-up Jumanji: The Next Level coming two years later.

But like everything else in 2020, work on the next film in the Jumanji series has been delayed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Speaking about the next instalment earlier this year, director Jake Kasdan explained: "We were just getting into the conversation before this global calamity and we will re-engage it as soon as everybody's settled.

"We all love working together and we've loved making these."
