Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been personally selected by alleged mob boss John Gotti's daughter Victoria to star in a biopic about the family.
Blake Lively and Sienna Miller had both been in the running to land the role of John's daughter, but Victoria's suggestion that Lohan be cast was met with approval from producers, sources told TMZ.
It is thought that Victoria is a very close friend of the Lohan family and often spends time with them when they visit the East Coast.
Lohan will apparently fly from LA to New York City next week to discuss the part with the film's producers.
Victoria has often been touted as the public face of the Gotti family in recent years, even starring in her own reality series Growing Up Gotti for three seasons on A&E.
It has already been confirmed that John Travolta will star as the family's patriarch John, who was referred to as 'The Teflon Don' due to his penchant for avoiding jail time for much of his life.
