Like most fan campaigns, this one just refuses to die. And Ben Affleck has once again stoked the fire by calling for the Snyder Cut of Justice League to be released.
Affleck, who played Batman in the DC team-up movie, had already joined some of his fellow cast members – including Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot, Aquaman's Jason Momoa and Cyborg actor Ray Fisher – in the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement, but in a recent interview he pushed for it yet again.
While promoting his new film The Way Back, the actor told CinemaBlend that fans deserve to see Zack Snyder's full version of Justice League, suggesting that the film suffered from having two separate directors.

Snyder stepped down from the movie following a family tragedy, with Joss Whedon taking over as director and overseeing a number of reshoots.
"That movie, you know, having two directors is a very weird thing," said Affleck. "Justice League, the director had a family tragedy and had to leave.
"And you kind of have a cow's body and a horse's head with two directors a lot of times. For better or for worse, I do think Zack's cut should be available, for sure."
Elsewhere, Affleck recently opened up about Robert Pattinson being cast as the new Dark Knight in Matt Reeves's The Batman, telling Jake Hamilton: "I think Robert's a great actor, he's gonna be great."
The Batman has a release date of June 25, 2021.
