Steve Coogan has revealed that he wants to unleash comic creation Alan Partridge on the big screen.
After the fourth BBC series to centre on the spoof presenter in 2002, Coogan said that he would only reprise the role in one-off TV specials, such as this year's Comic Relief.
A spokesperson from Coogan's production company Baby Cow said, "A film is in the pipeline but there are no concrete details yet," the BBC reports.
