Donald Trump and Ben Carson certainly didn't enter in style at yesterday's (February 6) GOP debate.
The comedy of errors started when Carson missed his cue as ABC News' David Muir was introducing the candidates. Instead, he visibly waited in the wings before making his determined entrance when Ted Cruz's name was read out.
Realising his error, Carson awkwardly steps back and gestures Cruz ahead, before Trump gets involved and misses his cue as well. The two then form a human obstacle for the other candidates to skirt around, before they're called out at the end when Trump, eventually, goes out.
Spare a thought for John Kasich though. He was seemingly forgotten by Muir who had taken his seat, before finally remembering the stage was one candidate light.
You couldn't make it up.
