Mary Berry flees Great British Bake Off bar brawl on a motorbike

Mary Berry has fled the Great British Bake Off on a powerful-looking motorcycle after being involved in a bar brawl.

Paul Hollywood explained that the trouble started when his fellow judge on the hit BBC One series was beaten during a game of darts.

He wrote on Twitter: "Mary involved in bar brawl, over lost darts match. She was last seen leaving the scene on a motorbike!"

And it isn't the first time that 80-year-old hell raiser Berry has exhibited bad behaviour on the set of Bake Off. Last year, she left a message for Hollywood on his car using a permanent marker.

What next for Berry? It is currently unclear if the maverick TV host will face a BBC reprimand for her wild behaviour, or if she returned the motorcycle to its rightful owner.

Of course, Hollywood could have been joking...
