Emily Blunt and Anne Hathaway spent much of the hit comedy The Devil Wears Prada at each other's throats - but they took the hostility to a whole new level on Lip Sync Battle.

This week, the duo became the latest celebrities to battle it out for miming glory on Spike TV's spinoff of a popular Tonight Show segment.

Blunt pulled no punches as she embraced her love of hip-hop for a rousing version of the Blackstreet classic 'No Diggity'.

Hathaway could only look on in awe as Blunt strutted her stuff on the Lip Sync Battle stage - and even treated her opponent to a lap dance.

However, Hathaway stole the thunder back later in the same episode with a truly epic, sledgehammer-wielding rendition of 'Wrecking Ball'.

Lip Sync Battle, which is produced by Blunt's husband John Krasinski, airs on Thursdays on Spike TV in the US.

Spike will also air the series in the UK later in the year.
