An Indian woman is the world's oldest yoga teacher at 93 years old.
The Daily Telegraph reports that Tao Porchon-Lynch became interested in yoga when she was 8 years old.
She observed a group of boys on a beach in India, and realised she should be able to do anything a boy can do.
Now living near New York City, Porchon-Lynch continues to teach and hold her students to the highest standards.
"I'm going to teach yoga until I can't breathe anymore, then I'll just fly away to the next planet," she says.
When Porchon-Lynch got a hip replacement, she was told she would never be able to perform yoga again.
