While fans were getting excited about #GiveCaptainAmericaABoyfriend this week, Marvel Comics was pulling a dirty trick on us.
In their new comic, the newly revived Steve Rogers (who spent the last couple of years as an old man) was revealed to have been a Hydra agent all along.
This is definitely not a trick apparently, and will certainly never be undone again (ahem).
The fans are not happy, and as with any good outrage, the final page of the comic has spawned its own meme.
