Irrfan Khan has said that every aspiring actor should observe Amitabh Bachchan at work.
The Life of Pi actor stars with Bachchan and Deepika Padukone in Shoojit Sircar's forthcoming film Piku.
Describing the experience of working with the veteran actor Khan told PTI: "It was a wonderful experience. Whoever is thinking of becoming an actor or training to be one should observe Mr Bachchan.
"Otherwise, they will never be aware of the nuances of acting," he explained.
"Mr Bachchan follows his director's vision in a very obedient way. At the same time, he is very playful too. Sometimes when a person is hardworking that can be boring for other people. But I will always remember his playfulness."
The actor also spoke about his experience of working on the movie.

"With both Deepika and Mr Bachchan it was magical and inspirational and an outstanding experience. And, as Bachchan saab says, even I was emotional at the end of the shooting."
Piku is about the relationship between a father and his daughter who juggles her work life to care for him.
Khan's character is caught in the middle of the father-daughter conflict.
