Jackie Shroff has said that he enjoyed playing a negative role in Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend.
The veteran star explained, however, that the character had more to him than just being a bad guy.
"I always loved playing villainous roles and I have also done in the past," shared the actor.
"But the kind of grey characters I am playing right now is fun. I had a whale of a time playing a baddie with comic shades for the first time in Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend.
"It was hilarious and amazing experience. I love such colourful, fun-loving villains," he added.
Shroff plays the role of a corrupt Punjabi businessman in the romantic comic film.
Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend hits cinemas March 20.
