The actress was selected to feature in the gallery of Hindi film actors, polling the most votes in a contest against Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
Other Indian cinema stars at Tussauds include Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
Kaif is expected to arrive in London early next week for the unveiling on March 27.
