Shah Rukh Khan has said that people should do their bit to help the environment.
The actor made the comments at an event in Nepal as part of a brand promotion for Kansai Paints Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
Speaking at a press meet in Kathmandu, Khan stated: "I am immensely proud to be associated with a brand like Kansai Nerolac who are completely aware of their responsibility towards a green tomorrow.
"Be it with their product innovations like Low VOC paints or their consumer initiatives like U-can, which we just launched in Nepal."
Khan went on to add: "The U-can initiative is such a simple yet fun activity. Everybody can participate in such an initiative and be proud of being eco-friendly in some way at least."
The star also posed on stage in his trademark arms outstretched look during the media interaction.
