Screenwriter Mushtaq Sheikh, a close confident of Shah Rukh Khan, is developing a close friendship with Bollywood actor Salman Khan, according to new reports.
The pair were spotted dining at a restaurant at Chapel Road, Bandra this week, surprising onlookers who considered Salman's rivalry with Shah Rukh to be a barrier to their friendship.
A source told The Times of India: "Salman and Mushtaq were at Salt Water Grill on Wednesday.
"They were there for more than an hour. They had dinner and were seen in a relaxed mood while chatting like good friends."
The source revealed that the Sheik's friendship with Shah Rukh has languished and he has since become closer to Salman.
