Matt LeBlanc is a shock choice for one of Chris Evans's Top Gear co-presenters, but it's not like he hasn't been on the show before.
Back in 2012, not only did the Friends star compete in the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car segment, he wiped the floor with everyone - with the fastest ever lap of 1:42.1.

He did the lap in the Kia Cee'd, beating Rowan Atkinson's 1:42.2 into second place.
Not a single punter put any money with William Hill on LeBlanc winning the job, but the hints were there last month.
Being the reasonably-priced champ, LeBlanc was chosen to host a compilation of the best of the boys' races, which kicked off on January 18 on BBC America.
And as a one-time PORSCH-A "owner", LeBlanc will be right at home with all the fancier cars on the Top Gear set.
