Will.i.am has let slip that one of his acts from The Voice UK will be performing for the Queen at her 92nd birthday party.

The Voice judge let the cat out the bag during an interview with his fellow coaches, letting all the juicy details slip. He revealed that Donel Mangena - from the currently airing series - has received a special invitation from Prince Harry asking him to perform.

Will told The Sun: "He's only had three performances on TV and he gets that. Do you know how many times we've had to perform and we ain't go no letter!"

Fellow coach Olly Murs then asked, "Yeah, where's our letters?" to which Jennifer Hudson suggested that it probably got lost in the post. Ours too, JHud, ours too.

Will.i.am added that Donel has chosen to do his own choreography and even picked his own song but was worried that he beloved grandma may not be able to make it over to see him perform.

"He was stressing out that his grandmother might not be able to make it to the final from Zimbabwe because of her visa."

Tom then quipped: "If she's not coming, I'm not coming."

Donel from Southampton impressed the coaching panel on The Voice during his blind audition in which all four of them turned round during his performance of Major Lazer's 'Cold Water'.

But it was his adorable grandma would could barely contain her excitement that stole the show.

Donel will be singing against Lucy Milburn, Ruti Olajugbagbe, Lauren Bannon, Jamie Grey, Gayatri Nair, Belle voci and Tai for a spot in the final next week.

But no matter what happens on The Voice, hell be seeing coach Sir Tom Jones again when he sings for the Queen. Also on the bill are Kylie Minogue and Craig David.

The event will be broadcast from the Royal Albert Hall on April 21st on BBC One.

The Voice UK semi-final airs at 8:30pm tonight (March 31)
