EastEnders' Phil Mitchell will make an unexpected move after returning to Walford next week.
Phil (Steve McFadden) hasn't been seen since the fateful night of Dennis's death but will head back to the Square for the teenager's funeral on Monday, March 30.
As Sharon (Letitia Dean) struggles to cope on the day of Dennis's funeral, events take an unexpected turn when she sees Phil.
Viewers know that Sharon has been determined to speak to Phil for the last few weeks, having heard from Karen that he was responsible for the accident that cost her son his life.
After coming face-to-face with Phil, a furious Sharon angrily launches herself at him – forcing Ian and Kathy to intervene.
Still keen to speak to his estranged wife afterwards, Phil later kicks Ian's door down and is unable to defend himself as Sharon hurtles insults at him.
