Coronation Street's Liz McDonald will have her life changed forever tonight (September 10) when Jim drops a huge bombshell.
Jim returned to Weatherfield in Friday's scenes, but fans already know that the story is only just getting started.
Sure enough, tonight's scenes will see Liz discover the real reason he is back when they head out on a seemingly normal lunch date.
Once in the Bistro, Jim tells Liz that he has some life-changing news – explaining that their daughter didn't die all those years ago and is actually sitting on the table next to them.
While a shaken Liz tries to process the news, Jim provides evidence to back up his story, showing her a DNA test, and insisting that the hospital made a mix up at the birth back in 1992.
As he hands Liz a photo of Katie, now named Hannah, Jim urges her to get in touch. But once Liz is alone, she breaks down whilst looking at the picture.
