Puhar competed in the most recent season of the show, cycle 21, in 2014.
TMZ reports that she was found dead alongside her boyfriend Jonathan Alvarado, 23, and his roommate Jusmar Gonzaga-Garcia, 21, in an apartment in Charlotte, North Carolina on Tuesday (February 24).
Police have confirmed that a man named Emmanuel Jesus Rangel, 19, has been charged with three counts of first degree murder in connection with the deaths.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg police department further stated that Rangel has also been charged in relation to an alleged murder in Matthews, North Carolina, on Sunday (February 22).
Puhar, who was eliminated in episode ten of ANTM's most recent cycle, has received tributes from judge J Alexander and fellow contestants.
