Michelle Heaton has described her second pregnancy as a "miracle".

The Liberty X singer, who already has a daughter named Faith, explained that she plans to have her ovaries removed after the birth to decrease her chances of getting ovarian cancer.

The 34-year-old underwent a double mastectomy in November last year after discovering that she has a mutation of the BRCA2 gene, which carries an 80% chance of developing cancer.

"We weren't even trying. This is God's way of saying, 'Have your baby now, then get your ovaries out'. I can't see it any other way. It's a blessing," Heaton told OK! Magazine.

"I feel great. It's a miracle. [Faith] knows there's a baby in me. When I say, 'Where's the baby?' she comes and strokes my belly. She gave the dummy to my belly button the other day."

Speaking of names for her new baby, which is due in March, she said that she has already picked AJ for a boy and Hope for a girl.
