Sir Ian McKellen has announced that he will officiate at his X-Men co-star Sir Patrick Stewart's upcoming wedding to Sunny Ozell.
McKellen broke the news on The Jonathan Ross Show by initially stating that he would "marry Patrick" soon.
"How else do you put that? I'm going to officiate at his wedding," the actor quickly clarified.
McKellen went on to tell Jonathan Ross that he had previously officiated at a civil partnership in the UK, recalling: "I was crying my eyes out."
The legendary actor also offered ideas about his wardrobe for Stewart's upcoming nuptials.
"[I'll wear] something I bought in India that was rather fetching. You mustn't upstage the bride," McKellen teased.
