Frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg after falling during a gig in Sweden last week and although he carried on with the show, his injury has forced the band to cancel the rest of their UK and European tour dates which also includes two Wembley Stadium concerts.

A statement from the band said: "Due to injuries sustained in Dave Grohl's fall from the stage during Foo Fighters' June 12 show at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden, doctors have required the cancellation of the remainder of the band's dates in the UK and Europe.
"After undergoing surgery Monday, Dave's full recuperation time is still to be determined."
Foo Fighters already had to cancel their June 14 appearance at the Pinkpop Festival and June 16 show at the AFG Arena in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

As well as Glastonbury on June 26, the band have cancelled their two shows at Wembley Stadium on June 19 and 20 and their June 23 gig at Edinburgh's BT Murrayfield Stadium.
Their gig at the Festivalpark Werchter in Belgium on June 25 has also been cancelled.
