Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi took Chris Hemsworth off piste for the teaser he created for San Diego Comic-Con last year.
Now it looks as though the adventures of the god of thunder (Chris Hemsworth) and his Australian flatmate Darryl Jacobson (Daley Pearson) may continue in a second short film.
According to Blu-Ray.com's forum, 'Team Thor: Part 2' will feature on the upcoming Doctor Strange Blu-ray.
The first teaser – in which Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner also appeared – saw Thor taking some time out from adventuring, but still worrying that he was being shut out of the events of Captain America: Civil War.
If true, the short would be following in the tradition of Marvel One-Shots, five of which – including A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer, Agent Carter and All Hail the King – were included on previous home entertainment releases.
Darryl might not be quite the throwaway character we assumed, as there have been hints that he will show up in Thor: Ragnarok, and even a petition for him to star in a TV show.

Ruffalo and Hemsworth will both be seen in Ragnarok – and will be coming to blows with each other as part of an adaptation of the gladiatorial 'Planet Hulk' storyline.
Benedict Cumberbatch will also appear in the movie, after Thor made an appearance at the end of Doctor Strange.
The Doctor Strange Blu-ray will be released in the US on February 28 and in the UK on March 6.
