If you've ever wanted to feel like Han Solo and Chewbacca by hanging out at the Cantina Bar, now you can.

Secret Cinema launched its new Secret Nightclub project at a hidden location in London last night (May 14), where Star Wars fans got to taste what it is like to have a beverage in the Mos Eisley Cantina.

Digital Spy was among those who rubbed shoulders with a cast of colourful characters including Stormtroopers, Jawas and Jedis.

Of course, Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes were on hand to perform their classic 'Cantina Band' tune.

The sci-fi nightclub also had a variety of drinks, live music and rooms, including gambling areas to try your hand at some card games.

The place was also full of actors and dancers that remain in character throughout and interact with the audience. Keep an eye out for a few dramatic scenes throughout the night if you head on down.

To find the venue, fans needed to phone a secret telephone line which provided a code and other instructions.

The event arrives ahead of Secret Cinema's upcoming showing of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, which runs from June 4 to September 27.

Secret Nightclub will continue for Secret Cinema ticket-holders only throughout the production.
