Michelle MacLaren has quit as director of Wonder Woman.
MacLaren (Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead) was confirmed to take charge of the highly-anticipated movie last November.

"Given creative differences, Warner Bros. and Michelle MacLaren have decided not to move forward with plans to develop and direct Wonder Woman together," Warner Bros. said in a statement.
Gal Gadot is to star in the film after her debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

MacLaren revealed last December that Wonder Woman was yet to have a script or release date.
However, Wonder Woman has been reported for release on June 23, 2017.
Batman v Superman will be released on April 29, 2016 in the UK and May 6, 2016 in the US.
