Ansh Bagri linked to Rajkumar Santoshi film

Ansh Bagri has reportedly been cast as the lead actor in a Rajkumar Santoshi movie.

After starring in over 100 adverts, Bagri is expected to make his big screen Bollywood debut in the untitled project.

Described as an out-and-out love story, shooting on the film is scheduled to begin in the summer.

Best known for the cricket-themed Limca soft drink campaign with Kareena Kapoor, Bagri is also the face of brands including Hyundai, Blackberry, Garnier, Emami and Quikr.

Speaking about working with the Hindi film celebrity, Bagri stated: "Kareena is so natural with her acting that I was actually blushing in front of her while she was saying her dialogue and looking at me."

Santoshi's decision to work with a new actor in the forthcoming movie follows collaborations with established stars Ranbir Kapoor in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and Shahid Kapoor in Phata Poster Nikla Hero.
