Tom Clancy's The Division now has a bigger development team behind it, with confirmation that Ubisoft Annecy has been brought in to help with the project.

Massive Entertainment remains lead developer on the open-world shooter, with staff from Red Storm and The Crew studio Reflections lending a hand.

Annecy is a multiplayer-focused studio which has previously worked on the Assassin's Creed and Rayman series.

The Division is a third-person shooter with role-playing and survival elements, set in a world where a deadly disease has brought the USA to its knees.

The game is in development for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but is yet to receive a release date.
