Microsoft kicks off this year's E3 press conferences, soon to be followed by EA and Ubisoft later today and Sony early tomorrow.
What can we expect? New footage for Halo 4 and Forza Horizon, the full unveiling of the new People Can Fly-developed Gears of War, and a shed load of new Kinect games.

19:06That's your lot folks. No new Xbox, but a ton of game announcements and footage to sink your teeth into. Highlights include Kinect for FIFA, Internet Explorer for Xbox, and Usher dancing!
19:01It finishes with an aerial battle. It's like being on a rollercoaster! We're impressed, albeit a little dizzy.
19:01It's your job to protect some tanks. The controls seem fairly basic. There's some really impressive explosive effects.

18:45Dance Central 3 is up next. Usher is demonstrating his dance moves along to his new song Scream. You'll be able to perform these moves in the game.
18:43You play as the new kid, but we knew that already. Short but sweet from the guys, they're heading off to work on it some more.
18:43They talk about South Park's geography and the problems mapping out South Park in a game.
18:42South Park: The Stick of Truth is its official title. South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone mock SmartGlass functionality. Funny stuff.

18:39Looks like a mix between Pilot Wings and Angry Birds. Use Kinect to steer wrecking balls. Looks quite good actually.

18:36Nice action sequence, as Leon barely manages to make his escape. The helicopter he boards isn't in the best of shape.
18:35Resident Evil 6's turn now. Leon Kennedy rolls around a bit and shoots some enemies. Lots of onscreen baddies to tackle. Leon peers out from the corner before sending them back to hell...or wherever it is they come from.
18:32A Kinect puzzle game called Matter is the third and final exclusive announcement.

18:18Unlock the web on your TV. Internet Explorer is coming to Xbox this year!
18:17It will also be used in games. Create plays on your tablet while playing Madden, or sort out multiplayer battles when playing Halo. Very interesting. You can do it with any device.
18:15Game of Thrones is shown using SmartGlass. Again, you'll get the info on another device. It'll track where the characters are in Westeros etc.
18:14You can watch a film on one device and pick it up on another. When transferring your film, it gives you information about the movie on the device you left behind. Good idea.
18:13March Whitten takes the stage. He announces Xbox SmartGlass. Links your devices together.
18:11It tells you how much Nike Fuel you earn after every workout. Lots of back slapping and high fives. It releases later this year.
18:10Measures and assess fitness regimes and techniques. Provides instant feedback from a personal trainer. Nike trainers (not the shoes) will remind you when to work out over the phone! Not when I'm sleeping I hope.

18:05Music next...Xbox Music will contain 35 million tracks - we think we heard that right. Releasing on Xbox 360, PCs, tablets and phones.
18:04Lots of ESPN stuff...we missed most of it. Splitscreen action, sharing picks with friends and generally getting rowdy. No talk of regions...will it come to the UK?
18:02"Our portfolio of sports continues to grow." NBA coming to Xbox, as is the NHL. 40 games per week, not bad...any footy?
18:01Microsoft plans to double the amount of entertainment providers! Nickelodeon, Paramount movies, Machinima for gamers and Univision are announced. Nice variety there.
17:59Bing search will also roll out to lots of new regions. We're checking out the Mexican version now. Very accurate so far, a smattering of applause to round it off.

17:48Players can call for substitutions by shouting at the screen. The same goes for changing tactics.
