The Peacock Network is partnering with Funny or Die for a three-hour primetime telethon to help make a difference in the lives of needy people across the globe.

Mel B isn't the only member of the America's Got Talent judging panel to back NBC's charity appeal, as her co-star Howie Mandel also clowns around a bit in the new advert.
William Shatner, Sam Smith, John Legend, Justin Long, Gina Rodriguez and Jane Lynch are among the other stars who are supporting Sir Richard Curtis's first-ever US version of Red Nose Day.
12 charities working with children and young adults in the US and Africa will benefit from the event.
The festivities will air live from New York's Hammerstein Ballroom as NBC teams up with Funny or Die on Thursday, May 21 at 8pm ET.
