"I am so, SO flipping excited to announce that my book Fish-Head Steve has been shortlisted for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize 2013," wrote Smart on his blog.

"And as far as I know, it's the first time a comic book has been shortlisted for the prize! DOUBLE WHAMMY!"
