Pauly D has admitted he was shocked when his Jersey Shore co-star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi announced that she is pregnant.
Snooki revealed this month that she will give birth to her and fiancé Jionni LaValle's first child later in the year.
Pauly D admitted that Snooki's pregnancy came as a total surprise to him, but added that he is very excited for his Jersey Shore co-star.
"I was like, 'This is crazy', but I'm happy for her because she seems like she's happy and she seems like this is what she wants," the reality star told The AP. "She's a part of our family now, so I feel like we're all having this baby."
Pauly D was also asked about Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino's stint in rehab for prescription drug addiction.
"I don't know too much about it. I didn't know he had a problem until I heard it in the media, so I wish him the best," he commented.

Jersey Shore's Vinny Guadagnino recently said he's unsure if Snooki and The Situation will return for the show's sixth season even though MTV has announced that the whole cast will be back.
