The actor was photographed leaving Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital after treatment for "very minor injuries" while shooting on location at Mumbai's JW Marriott Hotel.
A statement released by Khan's office confirmed the reports, saying: "Mr Khan had a minor accident on the set while shooting. He has a minor injury, and has got the necessary medical aid.
"Mr Khan is absolutely fine now. Thank you for all your wishes!"

Khan previously had to undergo surgery for a shoulder injury, following an earlier on-set accident while shooting Ra.One.
